We hope you are enjoying your summer!
We will continue at the beach until Week Commencing Monday 30th September 2019.
The timings for the pool sessions will be as follows:
Monday @ Bournemouth Colligate School
Nipper 1 Session - School years 3 & 4 - 7pm to 8pm
Nipper 2 Session - School years 5 & 6 - 7.45pm to 8.45pm
Junior 2 Session - School years 9+ and Seniors & Masters - 8.30pm to 9.30pm
The session plan will be first 15 mins of Dry Training to complete our Nipper log books in the Gym dry side changing area. followed by 45 mins in the water.
Tuesday @ Two Riversmeet
Junior 1 Session - School years 7 & 8 - 8pm to 9pm
